Description
The spacious condominium of 210m2 contains everything you need for your perfect vacation, television, DVD and music player, free wi-fi, access to the children’s playground.
You can access the apartment from 3 separate entrances (main external entrance, internal stairs and from the side of the children’s playground).
If you are a workaholic, there is also a desk. For socializing with a glass of wine or champagne, a spacious living room with a fireplace is available for idyllic winter get-togethers, while in the summer months you can share that pleasure with family and friends on your own 30m2 terrace with a view of the sea and the island of Sveti Stefan.
Maximum capacity 8 people.
All rooms are air-conditioned.
1st room with a double bed.
2nd room with a French bed and a terrace with a view of the sea.
3rd room with two single beds and a sea view.
4th room with a single bed and a pull-out sofa. Private bathroom and access to a common terrace with a view of the sea.
The sanitary facilities include:

The guests of the apartment have at their disposal a restaurant and a bar, which is located on the ground floor. The restaurant’s opening hours are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Delivery of food and drinks from the menu or at the request of the guest in the apartment and on the beach, as well as private orders of special culinary specialties /which are not on the menu/ at the request of the guest.
For those who consider themselves a maestro, they can show off their culinary skills in a fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances available (juice machine, refrigerator with ice maker, built-in electric hob and oven, kettle, microwave, juicer, toaster), pantry, dining room with dining table for 8 people.
The minimum stay in this apartment is 4 nights.
The deposit is mandatory and for this apartment it is €600. Collection and return of the deposit is exclusively in cash.

Tidying and maintenance of the apartment is done every other day. Towels are changed every second day, bed linen every sixth.
During your stay in Villa Sveti Stefan, food and drinks are served in the restaurant, on the terrace, in the apartment and on the beach. Also a drink at the guest’s request. Room service provided in the apartment and on the beach.
